I am reading a new book by Carol Simontacchi called “The Crazy Makers” How the Food Industry Is Destroying Our Brains Harming Our Children.
You have all seen or heard me state that if you can’t spell the words or pronounce the words on a label, then you should not eat the product in the package. This is the essence of this book.
Our brains and our children’s brains are being poisoned everyday by the food we eat and the things we drink. Our schools have been dummied down so that young people can pass tests to get out of public school or into college. Our nation is being out “smarted” by other countries in math, science and other endeavors that require logic or just plain old thinking.
Our health destiny is truly in our hands. Will we rise to make life better for ourselves and our fellow man or will let corporations and our governments kill our kids and ourselves before our time?
