Special e-mail from U.S. Wellness Meats
Healthy meat is possible even as we recover from the scenes of the torturing of dairy cows that were being manufactured in to hamburger meat for schools and hamburger joints all across the United States of America.
When beef is grown without grain and chemicals on pasture it can be a health food that does not damage the environment and when it is done locally it save oil from the Middle EAST.
This newsletter from US Wellness and the www.eatwild.com website will give you the information you need to eat healthy protein that does not damage the environment.

Dr Bob Robert D Bard, OD
About Dr. Bob: I was born and educated back east, but came to Texas after graduation. I did a tour of duty in the US Army, and came back to Texas in 1977. I wasn't born in Texas, but got here as soon I could - to stay! I am an optometrist and have been for many years. For the past 20 years, I have been researching the effects of toxic chemicals on the environment, animals and people. I started with some organics in the 80's, but became more involved after moving to the north of Dallas, Fort Worth in 1996. I am the moderator for a ranching and livestock organic website. I became interested in Environmental Medicine in 2002, after discovering Sherry Rogers, MD. My wife Judy and I started raising miniature Hereford cows in 1999 that are grass fed without drugs and chemicals. We added miniature Lowline Angus cattle in 2004. I restore hay meadows and pastures with trace minerals and organic fertilizers. I am also a distributor for some organic products. I am a reporter and public speaker covering topics on toxic chemicals as they relate to food, disease, medicine, water, and land. I have learned how to detoxify land and our bodies to have better health and to live a better quality of life. I have also become an amateur expert on losing weight. I have lost about 70 pounds and 10 inches from my waist since the end of January 2004 Almost all disease is related to the fact that there are virtually no trace minerals in the food that comes from grocery stores, there are no beneficial fatty acids, and there are over 3000 chemicals put into processed foods by multinational industrial food manufactures in the grocery stores today. There are two things that I believe are important to be healthy - Unhealthy Soil = Unhealthy Plants and Animals = Unhealthy People and You don't have the Wealthy to be Healthy
