Article on the Dangers of MSG
Welcome to another podcast from Dr Bob. The topic today is about the dangers of MSG and how it is killing the people of the world – this article is from India.
In 2004, WHO – World Health Organization - declared MSG – mono sodium glutamate – to be dangerous and causing disease. This stuff should not be in our food supply, but it is in everything that you eat that is processed (it is not in unprocessed foods but you have to look at the ingredients in the spices you purchase to use in cooking).
Corporations disguise MSG by using the words spices, natural flavorings, yeast extract, and 10 to 15 more terms. If you see 3 or 4 of these terms on a label, you can be sure that MSG is in that product 3 or 4 times, not just one time.
The only safe way to eat is to fix food from scratch that you grow or from a source that you know to be safe. This means you should buy everything local.

I am a reporter and public speaker covering topics on toxic chemicals as they relate to food, disease, medicine, water, and land. I have learned how to detoxify land and our bodies to have better health and to live a better quality of life. I have also become an amateur expert on losing weight. I have lost about 70 pounds and 10 inches from my waist since the end of January 2004 Almost all disease is related to the fact that there are virtually no trace minerals in the food that comes from grocery stores, there are no beneficial fatty acids, and there are over 3000 chemicals put into processed foods by multinational industrial food manufactures in the grocery stores today. There are two things that I believe are important to be healthy - Unhealthy Soil = Unhealthy Plants and Animals = Unhealthy People and You don't have the Wealthy to be Healthy
