Curing High Cholestrol and Triglycerides Is not Brain Surgery
How often do you see advertisements on TV that say when diet and exercise isn’t enough let your doctor prescribe XYZ statin drug? These are on more than a few times per week.
Guess what? The foods that medicine and dieticians recommend cause cholestrol and triglycerides to increase. Our livers convert carbohydrates into cholestrol and triglycerides.
We have been led to believe for years that eating cholestrol causes cholestrol, and this causes heart disease, but this is simply not true. Processed foods with sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and grains are carbohydrates and when eaten to excess as is common in the USA , the cholestrol and triglycerides go up and disease in general goes up.
Blame the problem on our livers for being good, but cure the problem by eliminating sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and grains from our diets. Eat your vegetables, some fruit, healthy beef and chicken (pasture raised with out chemicals) and clean water to have better health.
